Michigan Walkability Summit 2025
Coming to Midland, Michigan – Tuesday, October 7
Join us for the inaugural Michigan Walkability Summit, a one-day gathering of leaders, planners, developers, and advocates committed to making Michigan’s communities safer, healthier, and more connected—for everyone. Hosted in Midland, a city that’s actively investing in walkable infrastructure, the summit will highlight real progress and foster bold, practical ideas for improving walkability across the state.
Together, we’ll explore how better streets and public spaces can support children walking to school, older adults aging in place, and all residents seeking vibrant, people-first communities. You’ll experience Midland’s walkable transformation firsthand and leave with tools, inspiration, and connections to accelerate change in your own community.
